I have a hardware warranty issue:
Please submit the form below to claim a warranty issue. Barring accidental damage, misuse, corrupt software installs, or abuse, we will allow you to return the product for repair/replacement if hardware failure has occurred. Warranty issues will cover the shipping costs for sending back and returning the computer to you the customer. If the returned computer's problem is found to be caused by user error, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping.
I would like to return my computer (minus 20% restock/resetting fee):
If you are not satisfied with this product, you may return it. Please send it back to us within the 90 warranty period for a refund minus a 20% restocking/resetting fee (which covers the time and cost of wiping your data from the computer and reinstalling the operating system).
