Through our refurbishment process, we test the entire computer for functionality including memory, hard drive, and keyboard tests. Computer may show signs of wear (including minor dents or scratches) but the overall condition is considered good/great. We inspect the LCD for signs of scratches and replace screens that have major defects. Batteries will hold a charge but their lifetimes are not guaranteed as they are consumable items. Batteries that arrive to us dead are replaced with new ones.

Please note: These computers come clean with fully licensed operating systems and 0% bloatware or advertisements. That means we only install the drivers necessary to make the computer 100% functional. Some essential software is installed but other programs may be necessary to do the tasks you require. Programs such as Firefox, Adobe Reader, OpenOffice, Anti-Viruses, DVD Players, Flash Plug-Ins etc. These all can be downloaded for free at: www.ninite.com on PC and www.allmacapps.com for Apple/Mac.

Warranties/Guarantees
We believe in the quality of our products which is why we offer a 3 month warranty/guarantee that covers the functionality of the hardware. Barring accidental damage, misuse, corrupt software installs, or abuse, we allow customers to contact us for help with their product and further return the product for repair if hardware failure has occurred. Warranty issues will cover the shipping costs for sending back and returning the computer to the customer.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with this product, you may return it. Please send it back to us within the 90 warranty period for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee (which covers the time and cost of wiping the computer and reinstalling the operating system). The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping.
