We believe in the quality of our products which is why we offer a 3 month warranty/guarantee that covers the functionality of the hardware. Barring accidental damage, misuse, corrupt software installs, or abuse, we allow customers to contact us for help with their product and further return the product for repair if hardware failure has occurred. Warranty issues will cover the shipping costs for sending back and returning the computer to the customer.
If you are not satisfied with this product, you may return it. Please send it back to us within the 90 warranty period for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee (which covers the time and cost of wiping the computer and reinstalling the operating system). The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping.
Shipping and Handling
Shipments are usually processed within 1-2 days of order placement and payment in full, excluding weekends. We currently ship to the US within the contiguous 48 states. Shipping is free on all orders.

Fedex is a world class shipping solution that allows for the shipping to virtually all residential and business addresses in the US. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the product and calculated through Fedex Web Services, so you can be confident that our rate is fair.
Fedex also allows for product tracking. Tracking numbers are generated at the time of shipment. A tracking number may be emailed to you at that time. You may use your tracking number to check your package progress at: http://www.fedex.com/us/
We ship our products using exceptional packaging material that provides enough padding and protection as to avoid damage in shipping. Should there be damage in transit, a claim may be made to the shipping company and the product may be sent back to our facility.
